Working from your drawings, ArtePierre can coordinate and execute complete tile packages—including tile, mosaics, coping/edge details, and project-specific cuts—then ship with installer-mapped, zone-labeled packaging so crews can install with minimal guesswork.

  • We accept all formats: CAD files, PDFs, BIM exports, sketches, elevations, detail sheets, and marked-up plans
  • Shop drawings + 3D layouts available for approval before production
  • Custom manufacturing for radii, returns, miters, special transitions, and architectural details
  • Zone-labeled packaging mapped to plan sheet/detail references for effortless installation
  • Sequenced logistics to match your project timeline (parcel vs freight, jobsite delivery planning)

What to Send for Fast Quoting
You can send as much or as little as you have. The items below help us quote and coordinate faster:

  • Plan set (CAD or PDF) + elevations/details (if available)
  • Project city/state + target install date
  • Scope: waterline only vs full interior, steps/benches, spa, overflow edge
  • Approx. square footage (estimate is fine)
  • Finish schedule, inspiration images, or material notes (optional)

Typical Project Timeline (Project-Based Production)
Many Sera Pool projects are produced and shipped per project scope. Once drawings and selections are approved, we’ll confirm a schedule for production, packing, and delivery that aligns with your jobsite window.

  • Step 1: Plans + scope review
  • Step 2: Takeoff + coordination
  • Step 3: Shop drawings / 3D (if requested) + approval
  • Step 4: Production + QC
  • Step 5: Zone-labeled packing + shipment to jobsite
